Anybody else had awful service from @askesure after a car accident? They wrote my car off despite the repair bill being £7k less than the value - DVLA say Esure then sold my car. 6 months later I still haven't got the excess back & they won't refund 6 months left on my policy

My typo…it was 40€ not 4€
@Wizzair flew to new incompetent heights today. Their online boarding pass system failed forcing every passenger to pay 4€ plus Corfu airport another 8 for handling the payment even though we had an email saying the boarding pass would be printed for free. Will we get a refund?
