This👇🏽, I stopped boxing at 17yrs old , went off the rails ,by time I was 23 I’d done a 4yrs+6mnth in jail ! got back into boxing at about 24/25 an since then nothing worth mentioning . Boxing saved my life, Fact! 1 of the reasons I still fight because It keeps me in a good place
