12 years ago today I broke my neck.
The 1st year spent in the bubble of hospital. The next couple of years lost to depression, pain & medication. Then it all changed. Every year since then I am surprised by how life keeps getting better.

Out of surgery already after completely bossing it. Went better than anybody expected and the surgeon has no explanation for the sudden recovery. They have no concerns and letting me go home today. I am a medical mystery! Thanks for all the support over the last couple of days.
