He had a female carer sat next to him who left on 60 mins. I said after a while "Is she not coming back ?" He said "She's gone to bring the car round." At 72 mins he got up to leave. Car had arrived. Big grin on his face cos it was 2-1 .

When I started going to watch Utd v City 50+ years ago, there were 3 players from each opposing team that both sets of supporters all admired. George Best, Colin Bell, Denis Law, Mike Summerbee, Bobby Charlton, Francis Lee. The end of a magic time is slowly sinking in.
