Order against inteference of the said funds by Judge Freda Mugambi of 31/8/2023 and affirmed by the Court of appeal on 15/12/2023. Justice Mabeya in his ruling of 21/6/2024 was also clear that the mareva still stands. PJ Otieno has also affirmed.
