🇩🇰DRAMA IN DENMARK🇩🇰
Thanks to
@Djimi_Traore19
for being an absolute legend and agreeing to take time out of his busy schedule to meet me - check out how it all went down!
🚨🚨| Ederson, Nathan Ake, Sergio Gomez, Rodri and Erling Haaland were all back in training for Manchester City after they all had injury problems during the international break.
The club who’ve won the last four Premier League titles - and six of the last seven in total - claiming the league’s rules make it anti-competitive is quite something.
Doku apparently touched the ball first, hence no pen given for the foul on Mac Allister.
Lamptey touched the ball first, still a pen anyway.
Make it make sense 🤷♂️
Liverpool can’t afford to just wait for Jude Bellingham. They’re currently not good enough to wait
They need to get on their database and tick boxes “Better than Henderson & Milner” & “Available to play more than Keita and Thiago”.
There’s bound to be a big list that appears.
🚨 Arteta: “If there was a team looking to win the game today it was Arsenal”.
“The outcome is nowhere near the level this league needs to have and the way this league is getting competed in”.
“It's not good enough here in PL. I feel embarrassed to be part of this”.
My MOTM yesterday was the fella in the Upper Main who threatened to personally launch anyone out the ground if they shouted “SHOOOOT” to Joe Gomez again.
It’s very sad that people who support other teams immediately believe the turning up late/fake ticket stuff rather than the hundreds of accounts of fans & journalists. This is one of the reasons why these things will keep happening, needs a united front from ALL football fans.
The best thing about Sadio’s goal was the deafening noise that was heard around the country as every single football fan in England rejoiced as Liverpool scored again to keep the pressure on the evil Manchester City who they definitely don’t want to win the title.
So, there are actually people suggesting that Liverpool Football Club colluded with a local health authority to close their training ground, lose the advantage of playing at home in the second leg and get a game scheduled three days before a trip to Crystal Palace. Makes sense.
“Gakpo hasn’t really clicked, Jota has been injured, Nunez is hit and miss in front of goal.”
“Saka and Martinelli are very consistent.” ✅
Martin Keown questions if the

attacking line is better than

’s, this season. 👀
We won the league at Anfield,
we won it at the lane,
Stamford Bridge, Old Trafford,
no one can say the same.
Mikel Arteta’s army,
we’re Arsenal through and through,
we’ll sing it in the North Bank,
and in the Clock End too.
Allez Allez Allez

Looks like the Reds are the butt of all the jokes today. I remember us being the butt of the jokes for finishing 7th/8th & winning fuck all. I can take being mocked for ONLY winning two cups, being in the CL final & finishing runners up to an excellent side having got 92 points!
Szoboszlai is getting a lot of praise, and rightly so, but Alexis Mac Allister has been boss too. Shouldn’t underestimate how hard it is to move clubs and just immediately perform from day one. Getting those deals done early in the window was masterful by Liverpool.
Like many at Anfield, I was super impressed by Harvey Elliott today. Burnley kept kicking lumps out of him but he kept getting up and kept wanting the ball. For an 18 y/o to come into this Liverpool team and not just fit in, but stand out, is incredible.
🎥 Arne Slot isn't fazed by replacing Jurgen Klopp.
"Big shoes to fill" but "there is a possibility for Liverpool to win some trophies."
💪 What we like to hear.
I reckon Liverpool should appeal the VVD red card coz you can’t say it’s denying a goal scoring opportunity when Alisson is the goalie. It’s “denial of getting a corner kick” at best.
The Bournemouth supporters mocking Nunez for miscontrolling the ball in the middle of a hurricane, then him going to get it and scoring an absolute belter. Very Norwich fans & Suarez-esque.
Not Ten Haag’s fault this. Owners’ fault for letting him spend all that money on a load of shite players. What’s he meant to do with one of the most expensive squads ever assembled? Coach them? No way.
The response to Liverpool FC challenging authority is the same response the City of Liverpool gets when its people challenge authority.
Too many people are happy to bend over & get shafted by those deemed to have 'power'. I'm made up my club, and my city, are happy to push back.
In a season of absolutely diabolical officiating, this game has been up there with the worst! No red card on Saka, a phantom penalty and then this! PGMOL are not fit for purpose.
I’d love to have the self-confidence of Jason Tindall. Imagine being a man who got sacked after a year in charge of Weymouth and again after six months in charge of Bournemouth and still having the confidence to shush Jurgen Klopp 😂
He’s now an AFCON winner, his team have qualified for the World Cup, he’s won one trophy and there’s still a chance of a quadruple. Sadio Mane is quietly playing himself into the Balon d’Or conversation.
That parade was something special. Yesterday was an absolute kick in the balls, no denying that at all, but the scenes today proved yet again that we support a truly brilliant football club in a truly brilliant city filled with truly brilliant supporters.
The whole footballing world should have been outraged after Paris, they weren’t because they wanted to have a dig at Liverpool fans.
This should bring equal outrage. People need to put club bias aside to tackle these issues.
Liverpool are fucking shit da da da da da da da da specky Klopps a fucking a tit Scousers lucky once again da da da da da da da da I’ve had a brew and now I’m ZEN MCFC LG x
So, watching games hoping that that absolutely ridiculously good Man City team drop points somewhere this season whilst simultaneously hoping that Liverpool win every single game is going to be absolutely exhausting.
I don't understand how a CL/PL wining team like Liverpool can miss van dijk to injury and struggle to make top 10, everyone in media said it was impossible with the injury to their best player, Neville agreed. But when we miss 10 players Ten Hag is bad for not having a style.
Not a pen 🤷♂️
This thing where reds decided that defenders can do absolutely anything they want to an attacker if he’s had a shot at goal is fucking stupid.
That triple sub by Jurgen won us the game. I was shocked he took Fabinho off but it was the right call. Hendo and Keita’s added energy got us close to Inter as before it, they had too much space.
