There is profound disillusionment and cynicism about ALL politicians at EVERY level. You only have to look at the comments on the local Facebook group when flooding happens, or house building is proposed, to understand that. Changing that? Vital! But how?
Wow. MPs complain about the low esteem politicians are held in but then some of them behave like this. He was rightly sacked.

This is an enraging example of longstanding mismanagement of the pathway for doctors moving from aspiration, through training to practice in the NHS. 🇬🇧 should be fluently finding employment for every single trained doctor, anything else is simply a ridiculous waste.
6 years ago, when I got an offer for medical school, I was told I’d have a job for life. Weekly, I hear of people that can’t get doctors appointments, or two year waitlists. Doctors in their thousands are getting rejected for jobs, and today I was one of them. A 🧵.
