I'm no expert, that said BC doesn't require crypto to function. BC is under review by institutions/gov and eventually (!) will be tied to fiat via purchasing/supply chain, whatever. Still too early. That said, stable coins are up and running. They require cryto. You have ripples SC, RLUSD and others. Ripple appears to have a global presence and was ok'd by NYDFS in jan. They have their own token also. Clarity, rules and regulations are now Trumps AI Czar, David Sacks priorities. He has two X accounts. One gov and his own. Tag him.
