@LokiJulianus The "check" on the Judiciary the Founding Fathers envisioned was an easy one: they have no mechanism to enforce their rulings. They have to rely on the Executive branch to do that. The Founding Fathers would fully support a President ignoring a judiciary such as we have.

@BrainLeakage03 Bodybuilder, drug deal gone bad, shot in the chest twice from across a kitchen table. The first went through his hand and got lodged in his pec. It would have been non-fatal. It was the second bullet that killed him. I doubt it would take two shots to kill the good dr here..
