did you play league before s10? Marksman Items didn't all have crit on it so you werent forced to go full crit items.
BT didn't have crit and was very common, kraken might be mostly for onhit builds not sure but you'll still build the items that have no crit every other game

shiv, bt, kraken and scimitar are not gone tho? They just don't have crit on it. Only stormrazor was actually deleted and you got a new item to replace it
