As someone who's worked on PRs before, while it's close, I'd still safely say Balls was the better player in region based on this table.
Balls is [6/0] on Lade.
Phuzix has one win against Rideae [1/0], but I'd value 6 Lade wins a lot higher than 1 on Rideae (1/5)
