Let’s talk about Tristen Newton for a second. This year he played the maximum days and now has been traipsing the country for 2.5 months working his ass off to achieve his dream. His work ethic is so admirable and he truly deserves a chance.

A volunteer and friend, who is a huge UConn fan, had to have surgery in Italy, and she was telling us how a resident surgeon asked where she was from and she said CT, which is near NY.
Him: “I know! Huskies!!” His words after surgery were “Go Huskies!”
