We went from historic flags like this to the cartoonish garbage of a flag we have now. If only Deidre really respected traditional art and history.
This historic flag was hand embroidered by Hannah Wilcox DuPont and donated to the Washington Memorial Chapel in 1931. The Episcopal Church at Valley Forge has graciously returned it after 93 years. I can’t wait for people to see this masterpiece on display at the Utah capitol.
