I feel Harish and his design team are so high up in their ivory towers with highly fancy, “cutting edge” design theories that are actually unusable to a fault. Nothing is revolutionary about Cred. It’s just a marketing agency at this point now.

How an org interviews you is a big tell of their culture. Some of the best interviews I’ve given had panel who were calm, attentive and conversational. Some of the worst I’ve seen arrived late, asked unrelated questions, and focused on everything but your work.

Room temperature batter (well fermented obvs). Heat the tawa, wipe it off using an onion and splatters of water. Lower heat, spread the batter very evenly with a steady hand. High flame - let it cook till golden and add some ghee/oil. Let it lift from the edges, and voila!
