One must understand that Somalia claims jurisdiction over somaliland, wholly and therefore is a hostile nation to the nation security and interests of JSL. He is not welcome.
Exciting news as Somalia nominates an envoy to SL, a move towards full recognition. Envoys are key diplomatic figures who rank between an ambassador and a minister resident. It's important to note that SL must reciprocate and also appoint an Ambassador to Somalia.
