We lost an American Legend this week. Mitchell, SD native, WWII Veteran and US Marine, Jack Thurman, passed away. I had the great fortune to get to know Jack the last few years and to hear his first hand account of the flag raising at Iwo Jima was an honor I’ll never forget. Rest in Peace Jack, and thank you.
