Did more research, it's only for specific premade computers. Not all prebuilts. Units they've already put together with older parts have this warning. I assume it has something to do with the older power delivery system. If you were to configure one yourself, you can buy it.

No, not really. It uses WW2 is a base and is completely alternate history. The multiplayer has nothing to do with the campaign and the campaign serves as nothing more than context for the maps and some of the operators.

The problem with trains in the US is that there isn't a very high population density, so a lot of these stations are only in major destinations, which causes round about ways of traveling instead of straight lines. Trains are also not very fast in the US.
