@RBS_Help hey I messaged you a while ago about my overdraft changing to a graduate one while im still a student and I went to a NatWest branch and was basically told they can’t help me because they don’t deal with overdrafts even though you said I could go there? 🥺

@RBS_Help hi I went to a NatWest branch today to update my account because it was saying I was moving to a graduate account and my overdraft buffer was changing as you told me to but they said they couldn’t do it and weren’t too sure why you sent me there :(

@MicrosoftHelps whenever I save my login info and sign out from Microsoft on my iPhone it keeps asking me to download a 0kb file called sign out is this a bug or what’s going on?? It’s the official Microsoft site too.
