The fact NO field maintenance is being done to these dirt fields and games are being played for 12+ straight hours is ridiculous. Teams are paying $1k to play. What about the safety of these young ladies. That SHOULD be more important than your profit as the tourney director.

Experienced a kid rolling her eyes at a college coach at an exposure camp. Same kid then had a very un coachable interaction with me.Said kid got marked off multiple lists,but her team got marked off as well. Remember u r not only representing you, but also the name on the front.

Travel ball season wraps up and my Twitter feed is full of kids announcing travel ball team changes like commitment posts. How many years away are we from a travel ball transfer portal? What has travel softball become?! Time to reconsider what we are teaching.
