❀ i’m just here to talk about ed/weight loss stuff and just post whatever’s in my head tbh, reply to be moots i’m lonely!!
having an ed as an athlete is anorexia on easy mode like i’m FORCED to excercise every day 😭 idk what i’m gonna do when i get to college bc without sports i’m so lazy 😭😭😭😭
for these next few days i’m gonna try to not eat breakfast, have a small lunch (<200cals), NO snacks, and then dinner, the next day i’m gonna eat a <100cal lunch then same thing, the next nothing until dinner, and the next fasting!!
what i ate today (high res, more than i should’ve 🥲) :
- like 100cals worth of dried strawberries
- 1 serving of skinny pop (140cals)
- like 10 mini crostinis
- a baby bell
- linguini alfredo (my fam went out to eat and this was the only vegetarian thing on the menu)
