Since our last raise, I’ve been getting many requests to help with fundraising. I summed up all my early-stage fundraising advice in a long post. But here are the takeaways. However, whoever is in this situation right now, I recommend reading the whole thing - twice. I go into
Super proud of the team. What fast paced two years this have been. Thanks a lot for all the support we received along the way. I’m so much looking forward to the next years, with all of you.
After a year of dedicated engineering effort, we are very excited to launch in-wallet cross-chain swaps for Solana in partnership with Phantom! 💪
Solana is the first non-EVM chain we’re adding to our product portfolio and I couldn’t be more proud of this feat. Onwards! 👏
Bridging to
@solana
should be as simple as swapping.
And now, it is.
With our new Cross-Chain Swapper, you can bridge tokens across Ethereum and Solana right in Phantom.
The ongoing discussion on
@Uniswap
's forum is critical for the multi-chain ecosystem in 2023.
TL;DR: Uniswap's model for x-chain governance will likely become industry standard.
As an unbiased member of the community,
@lifiprotocol
is rooting for a multi-bridge implementation👇
Blockchains are unreliable. APIs in our space, including RPCs are unreliable. The amount of unpredictable errors we have to deal with is almost unbearable.
What I see: Bridge builders & bridge aggregators trying to do it all: Offering a bridge, a widget, integrating horizontally (e.g., with DEXs), marketing their B2C interface (while it should just be a showcase) - addressing everyone and no one. Zero technical superiority.
I’m the co-founder and CEO of
@lifiprotocol
- a bridge aggregator with DEX connectivity, powering seamless any-2-any cross-chain swaps and cross-chain strategies. .
If you‘re a bridge builder, this is for you, read this thread: 🧵
Absolutely incredible to reflect on

We've come a long way, from laying out our thesis for the multi-chain ecosystem and explaining the importance of cross-chain technology, to now being selected for MasterCard's prestigious

Our team is 24/7 on it. Improving everything we already had in place. As has grown a lot; everything had to become more compliant, legally checked, and approved by our board. We're moving as fast as we can.
The first two years, was solely focusing on DeFi. Fast sales cycles, getting feedback, reaching a certain stage of product maturity, and some numbers to show.
Pre-Series A, we said we're ready to target CeDeFi, TradFi, and established players with
still perceived as a bridge aggregator whereby we’ve been a multi-chain liquidity aggregator all along. All the DEX aggregators (1inch, 0x, Paraswap, OpenOcean, Odos), 30 DEXs directly and even solver systems for same chain swaps are available out of the
Still bullish $DEGEN - the only memecoin that actually tries to build an ecosystem and continuous B2C + B2B efforts to make things happen. (shilling my own bag - but I didn't sell most of it for a reason)

I'm convinced that we could see thousands of Rollups, thanks to Rollup frameworks and RaaS platforms.
But here's my major concern: How will these chains be made searchable and easily accessible for Wallets?
What will the UX look like? Is it truly the ideal UX if users have to
Over 56% of all transactions are same-chain swaps, not just bridging. Most people still see us as just a bridge aggregator whereby we've been a general multi-chain liquidity aggregator almost right from the start.
