@farkomd Traditionally this is an issue! Inflow and outflow are what we need. Then join them up! If PTFE seems to be a problem. Deep femoral vein can get us out of trouble (mainly for infected problems!)

@XavierBerardMD @farkomd Impressive. But, always remember wounds heal from side to side not end to end. Never sacrifice good exposure unnecessarily (you will never ever regret having a well exposed vessel). If you get good exposure with this then 👏👏👏 it looks real good

@farkomd Choose your surgeon / interventionalist. Do it well. I’d happily do a CEA. Just take time be careful.

@jonhagedornmd If you’ve got a 21:05 in you then you’ve got a 20:00 in you. I found most of it to be a kind game at this pace. Once I went sub 20 I have done it time and again for the past 2 years. #mentalbarrier
