It was overwhelming....
2 years back, I have seen this patient of breast cancer Stage 4 and at that time she came on ventilator.
She recovered well with treatment and she is on hormone therapy.
She came after 1 year of follow up and hugged me in OPD, this emotion is priceless

12 years boy came with large mediastinal mass, neck node, pleural effusion and on oxygen support. After evaluation he was found to have ALCL (blood cancer). He has been started on chemotherapy under ayushman scheme and he is doing very good.

Jharkhand govt is helping so much for treatment of poor patients under various govt schemes, then why people still go outside for cancer treatment.
It's very difficult to get treatment outside and costly also.

Stage 4 cancers are incurable as for now, but it's a hope for those patients in which there is no option left. It will definitely give benifit to cancer patients like Ravi ji.
And also treatment cost in India is lesser than any other western countries so can't compare 4cr vs 40L
