@NetMeds मैने अपनी पत्नी के लिए ऑनलाइन dr कंसल्टेशन के लिए बुक किया,मगर कॉल न आया।क्या यही आप लोग की घटिया सर्विस है।मै जब भी इसके बुक करता हूं पैसे लग जाते हैं और dr से बात न हो पाती।कृपया जितनी जल्दी हो पैसे वापस करें।

@NetMeds मैने 20 dec को dr आरती शर्मा से कंसल्टेशन के लिए अपॉइंटमेंट लिया।dr से एक बार बात हुई उसके बाद मैने फॉलो up के लिए बुक किया but बात न हो पाई और कंसल्टेशन एंड हो गया।मैं उनके इलाज से संतुष्ट न हूं कृपया मेरा पैसा रिफंड किया जाय।वरना नेटमेड्स की सर्विस बंद कर दूंगा।

@NetMeds I deposited Rs 279 to talk to the doctor.But the person I was supposed to talk to did not talk to me and the responsibility was given to another doctor.He also did not talk to me. Refund my money and cancel the appointment.
