Absolutely, as someone who treats HNC with protons, I feel countries with limited access to protons should definitely utilize it for much more selective and defined indications
I don’t understand the logic of testing a more expensive, more financially toxic, less available, treatment in a non-inferiority setting and accepting up to 1.535x worse as ok? It’s NOT ok. The burden is on proton advocates to show IMPT is BETTER than IMRT 🤷♂️
