Good idea. It's difficult to search on twitter. So, I will compile all the placement and guidance related threads on one blog and add this section to my portfolio site. I will regularly update it, if some new tweet I do regarding this. Will do this task next weekend.

Most of the times in tech companies (especially in MNCs), you will always see overhiring. Means, company hires a lot of employees and pays them which are clearly not needed. When Elon acquired twitter, he fired 80% of the employees still twitter functioned smoothly and shipped a lot of features since then. Similar is with most compnies. You will see many times, engineers plays TT or just chill around in office. They don't have work to do. Still, each year compnies hire big pool of candidates. If u are someone who is in a very reputed company but don't have work to do, switch as early as possible in any fast paced startup. The skills u are loosing will cost you in future becz tech and AI is evolving at an exponential rate.
