I have been learning so many things and working on different projects. This thread will be a collection of all these things. Some of the examples are Linux, A full end-to-end project, blogs about Kubernetes and an In-memory distributed concurrent pub-sub in Go.

@pallavipandeyy It can be possible, being from IIT I know some of the students here having a rank of 1000-1500 and struggling to maintain a GPA of 6. College studies are different from entrance examinations. Some perform poorly in Entrance but great in College and some opposite!

I saw many people who bought cohort 2 also buying the cohort 3 but I think that failed the aim of Harkirat. This bursts the competitiveness in the IT industry. People are more interested in buying courses rather than doing something.

@sagar_codes Yup, that's why I am focusing more on writing a well documented and testable code. Following design patterns, applying OOPs, writing e2e and unit tests. Learning k8s, docker, CI/CD, monitoring and sharding. These things make me too curious about Engineering!

@quant08adi The average package of any branch at Top-8 IITs is close to 20LPA as per the RTI. If anyone is getting IIT, he should never consider Private Colleges until it's BITs!

@shivambhadani_ But I have heard startups ask very deep and tough questions about a tech-stack. So is it possible to go into depth of development along with CP? Because a lot of my time goes to explore a tech stack. Although I am thinking of doing DSA.

@quant08adi If you think the IIT tag is gonna give you placement, then live in your dreams. Don't wanna fight with you over this topic but the condition of Private Colleges is very poor. If the average package of IIT is low then the average package of Private College is the lowest!

@shivambhadani_ Taking a huge risk of not preparing DSA for the intern season and going for other things like CKA and Rust. Twitter feed getting filled with DSA and friends grinding DSA gives a fomo. Let's see where it will go! Nevertheless getting an on-campus intern is tough for core branches.

@dhavaljprasad There are many in IITs also who don't know React in their second year! Honestly, only 250-300 students in IIT (might go to 400 in the top 3) do some work related to placements. Most of the students start 6 months before placements. An IITian is just expected to be good at PCM!
