@TheJunctionCas I’m doing ok Neil, but no longer Brewing. I’ve gone back to engineering. And still work with quite a few brewers all over the U.K. but my brewing. Days are done. I’ll come and see you on the train. one Saturday.

Not isolated Ghettos and Enclaves where free market activity happens. It’s the Governments job to ensure a level playing field without Corruption. It enables & takes part though

@staffsbrewery @BarleyPlanet @rachelmeo82 @PubsExpert Nothing will change whilst, Brewers keep taking it. If enough stood up and said enough is enough. Then maybe it would. But they would need to stand with farmers and Publicans too. To have enough clout. In the meantime they are all being milked.

@BarleyPlanet @rachelmeo82 Brewers are price takers not makers. Small brewers have to take the price on Raw material and Wholesale customers price on finished goods. Any growth =a lower margin. We want a full CMA enquiry on the Wholesale Alcohol Market. @PubsExpert but nothing happened for over 30yrs

As that’s already made with a similar grain. As it’s far cheaper than Barley and easier to grow in Africa. Base beer made with this then Guinness extract Added to make it dark.

@NigelSommelier That’s why I only buy my honey from a local farm shop. And I know Jim the Beekeeper who harvests the honey. And looks after bees all over this side of Cheshire. Local is best
