Imagine if we measured an academic’s productivity by the amount of high-quality patient-level data they released for others to review, and not the final paper. Such a paradigm would be so much more powerful and the field can self-police the interpretation of data.

I had an aha! Moment today when @nicolo_piazza combined ostial vessel PCI with S-curves. It suddenly combined the familiar - PCI - with the novel - structural heart - all in one! It’s awesome when you can connect concepts like that. Game-changer!
