First night of Jenůfa @rbo_org. I’ve been an opera fanatic for around 40 years. Tonight was one of the most extraordinary performances I’ve experienced. Phenomenal singing, playing, conducting, production. A truly great, incredibly moving, evening of theatre. If in doubt, go!

@MarkKclassical1 The principle here is that all schools should study the same subjects, ie English, maths, science, history, geography, MFL, DT, Art, Music, PE. Academies have been able to opt out of some subjects, and this is one of the reasons for the decline in Arts subjects over the years.
