@BarclaysUKHelp I rang Barclays Premier and was told this was how it was done! No logic, paying book in bin, now but was sent to 95 year old that I have poa. A right mess!

Explain logic. Joint b/a, holders at different addresses. 1 a/h changes address so both addresses updated to new address & a paying in book reissued, for the a/c at the other address, to new address, when not requested!? Confused? So am I. BTW no advice letter! #barclaysuk

As a landlord just experienced a fire in one of my rentals. Tenants ok but in adjacent rented properties I discover that neither has a smoke detector on each floor! Illegal & irresponsible of the LL. Where is the enforcement @BedfordTweets.
