@dhadden46 @VPrasadMDMPH Yep, during COVID everyone got a CTA of the chest, including healthy young women. The incidence of embolic dz was near zero but those dense breasts absorbed quite a dose of ☢️.

@BradBanko Yes, but some DeepSeek 8-bit 2.0 could turn Microsoft into an electron reseller, which would be pretty hilarious.

@rbsailor1 @VPrasadMDMPH Yes, and some places are huge outliers who don’t want to listen to their colleagues.

@texasrunnerDFW I have a vacant SF rental I’m rehabbing in Lancaster Co. Since Jan 1 the comps have gone up $100/month.

@SacksDisa @daniel_corcos At least women in the UK are slightly better informed, although “very slightly” is vague and the q3 yers for 20 yers is meaningless in the context of 🇺🇸 guidelines. Women in 🇺🇸 country get a lot more ☢️ if they follow the ACR. FIRST, do no harm.

@dcis411 @daniel_corcos A Super Bowl add from Novartis promoting screening? What else do we need to know?

@MStempniak @nuromri If we suppose that 30-40% of exams are not indicated, what happens if we are fully staffed and that percentage goes away? It’s a big gamble the ACR is taking.

@dcis411 @daniel_corcos Here is the mechanism you are seeking. As we find more indolent dz that was never going to kill anyone, it increases the denominator of total cancers and that makes it appear as if advanced dz is being impacted.
