This is how a mint should be executed : When you mint the genesis drop from the @mutant_cartel you give them the wallet which contains your BAYC/MAYC. They verify and let you initiate the mint from any other wallet. The NFT is then sent to the first wallet. Easy and secure.

My take on the irl clubhouse:. Miami should be the global HQ. Then there should be 4-5 zone headquarters. Later there could be regional district headquarters. These should be web3 hubs for many communities, not only Apes. If we want to grow we need to grow together.
