So a federal judge is threatening to arrest the president, his cabinet, and other members of the executive branch? Who is going to do the arresting on his behalf? The doj controls Federal Marshals so likely the only person to be arrested would be him for threats against the president.

Because it could take months and months to appeal this decision which is nothing more than judicial misconduct. There is no legal precedent that's ever been set in the history of the United States of America. Why not just say no executive branch can look at any of the data they belong to? That's what this guy's doing. Maybe he could just say the president is not privy to intelligence information?? Where does it stop? Certainly you're smart enough to understand what's going on here and if you don't I feel sorry for you.

@charliekirk11 The US House of Representatives needs to impeach this judge immediately for judicial misconduct. Until then this order should be ignored as being unconstitutional and beyond the power that this judge has.
