I have a lot of time for the Wrexham guys. They are different than most club owners but that’s exactly why they should be celebrated. The game has seen enough asset strippers, egotists and crooks to not have respect for their efforts. This is class and they clearly just get it.
One thing that was lost in the excitement last night was that

Delved a bit deeper into the family history around the Christmas dinner table. Reason my ancestors moved to Yeovil from St Helens was cause my Great Uncle Samuel Cheetham signed for Yeovil. Holidays down south amongst other family members turned into jobs and the rest is history.

Hard to believe that Yeovil beat Brentford in a Division 3 Play-off Final just under a decade ago. The losers that day are currently on the verge of European football. The Glovers are at the opposite end of the spectrum and about to drop into the 6th tier 😩
