On The Feast Day of Saint Lobster

Today's poem is about a day off. But our days were spent hiding in the small third floor apartment above the restaurant, scamming amazing food, and hoping not to work. "Sleeping Above Our Restaurant on the Lake" .

There's so much energy in an opening. At our restaurants it was the culmination of hard planning and harder scrubbing. But we doubted. Each time we doubted the dream. But the place had to open and wouldn't without us. Today's poem is "Another Opening"
