@BarkurCanarese Urdu spoken in Southern India is Dhakni and while the same name, Urdu is in 8th Schedule and thereby allowed to so be spoken in Parliament, Assembly. Just because British, Tipu and anyone else did not doesn’t mean we should deny the due recognition of a deserving language ?

@BarkurCanarese Tulu is minority language of this state. But it’s native. If not this state who else will? Will UP government do? Growing in numbers is what is important then there is no point is complaining about soon to come delimitation in south India.

@BarkurCanarese Yes, every circular , assembly talks, laws and acts passed are equally published in Konkani , Tulu , Kodava along with Kannada. Probably Goa still does in Portuguese. What an ideal democratic state.
