Most restaurants have a labor cost of 20-30%. But ours is 55%. That's unheard of in the restaurant industry. If you want to sleep good at night you need to pay people a decent living wage. C'mon! This is America. Thanks for walking the talk.

Boy did we ever get our butts kicked tonight. We got so busy we had to stop answering the phones and then we ran out of pizzas over an hour before we were going to close. We are overwhelmed with the response. Thank you Gainesville. We will get better I promise.

Satch² will be opening soon. When? As soon as we can get all the specialty items we need in stock. The GF flour, the pastry flour for waffles, the cashew cheese for the vegan cheese blend, we are out there scouring the USA to bring you the BEST. Hopefully in the next couple weeks

Today I made the best pizza I ever ate.
Roman style: 3/4 was Boars Head pepperoni, chorizo, soppressata, and homemade meatballs, 1/4 was pears, pecans, goat cheese. The whole thing had hot honey and fresh mozzarella and fresh tomato sauce.
🤯 Pizza just went to another level.

Guy at table 11 came in with his son from out of town. He said he came in last night and it was so good he had to come back again tonight. Guy at table 12 looks to be in his 60s. Said this is by far the best pizza he's ever had. I love it when they love it. 💪🍕💥

Satch Capital Grant Awarded to Grace Marketplace that allowed them to purchase a box truck complete with a nice wrap with GRACE branding.
Since purchasing the truck, they’ve used it to move 45 people into housing, and moved 100,000 pounds of food into our kitchen!
