I am raising funds to cover legal fees for the Employment Tribunal claim against Bracknell Forest Council. Their “Trans & Non-Binary Policy” removed all single-sex toilets from women. I am also fighting the disproportionate use of the Progress Pride flag.

Someone needs to tell the NHS this…
Female nursing staff should not be expected by the NHS to get changed in front of their male colleagues, no matter how they identify, the Minister of Health confirmed to me today. (And #IStandWithSandiePeggie, obviously).

Boils down to this. If only employers would follow the law , these employment tribunals could be avoided.
Sandie Peggie has requested nothing more than what she is entitled to under law: a single sex changing facility at work.
