At first I thought mental health was missing, but then I realised it's probably all covered in physician services and community care. One suggestion would be in provincial funding separate out federal transfer money from provincial tax dollars.

University residences on and off campus are already subject to regular residential property taxes (and included in rent students pay).

@BobBerberick @CameronKroetsch The property is still owned by Good Shepherd and is being redeveloped into 35 one-bedroom units with funds from the Investments in Affordable Housing program (federal and provincial money administered by City).

@borocanuck @KingAndJames @TheSpec @AndrewDreschel I presented this comparison of transit ridership and funding across GTHA to Council last year. #HamOnt per capita transit funding is in 6th place, but our buses carry more passengers than all other cities, except TO. #HSR underfunded compared to ridership:

@hsr Thanks - if it hasn't changed since 2009, I now looked up in HSR Operational Review report that on-time window then was 1min early to 3min late. So perhaps revise response to @lylamiklos yesterday when you said arriving a few seconds short of 2min early was within standard

@jddneary @JoeyColeman @wesleyurban @CarmatTheSpec Claremont House was renamed the Wesley Special Care Unit and moved to Catharine St from West 5th in 2014. It is only one of only three managed alcohol supportive housing sites (sometimes called "wet shelters") in Ontario (the others are in TO and Ottawa).
