Almost everybody addicted to social media knows it and is mostly aware as well but is unable to get away from it. Only solution I found for myself is to quit it totally and inform friends so that you are accountable (even if they don't care). I stopped using insta since last week of Dec. Tried putting timers and all but that don't work. will have to do same for X if I don't get its time reduced on laptop. Its in control on mobile for now so its good. I still have both apps on phone both with 0 timer (lol).
