Infosys fired 700 freshers who were onboarded after 2.5 years wait with annual packages of Rs 3.2-3.7 lakh. The terminated employees were asked to leave the campus and vacate accommodation on the same day in evening, and bouncers were used for anyone showing resistance. Humans don’t even treat animals the way Infosys treated the engineers. All this is happening because there’s is no labour law to protect employees.
