Jesus sought out those the world ignored, hated, forgot—fishermen, tax collectors, the sick, you name it—and He gave them purpose. He sees you, too, and calls you His.

Hunger, homelessness, and despair are daily realities for too many. But I believe God’s love reaches every hurting soul. I'm so happy that my church has ADRA and ACS to bring relief where it’s needed most—anticipating a new earth where no one is left without shelter, hope, or care.

Ignorance, injustice, and oppression still plague our world. God is still calling us out of darkness. In Adventist schools and universities, my church teaches free thinking and growth, mirroring the day when every person will flourish in the new earth.

Illness and suffering touch every corner of our broken planet, and it’s easy to feel abandoned. But God hasn’t turned His back on our pain. I'm so happy that hundreds of Adventist hospitals and clinics offer healing and compassion, day and night. We are anticipating the day when sickness and death will be gone forever.

As you head to church, remember that what really matters is whom you worship and those you worship Him with.

The world is torn by conflict and doubt. Many have lost hope. I believe God hasn’t given up on us—He’s promised a glorious restoration. As an Adventist, I keep my eyes on Jesus by going to church to experience forgiveness and unity in anticipation of the new earth He will soon create. How about you?
