@BillGrahamtoo Even as perfect beings, the angels were created with free will—just as we are. Lucifer's deception (Revelation 12:9) played a role, but ultimately, those who followed him made a choice to doubt God's goodness. Even in heaven, love must be freely given, not forced.

@WizenSquid17 Yes, God knows our needs before we even ask (Matthew 6:8), but He also calls us to pray for one another (James 5:16). Prayer strengthens our faith, unites us, and reminds us of His presence. Lifting each other up in prayer is an act of love and obedience.
