@ParvSondhi Depends on where/how they are inducted. I expect APM roles in well established PM cultures are well educated and protected from making the same early mistakes I did…that being said, I learnt from them, and I expect, they may not.

@dreasaez This resonates on every level - although rather than a book, the birth of my 2nd son meant I needed to choose where I wanted to spend my time, and in doing so, wished I’d weighed more heavily on the ‘life’ side of the balance sooner!
