@acrobaticlama @Anniedroid_ As you say, IA requires tons work, balloting, momentum, etc. More likely to be successful after a period of respite for workers. Might as well bank the improvements PLUS the extra 4% in the meantime

@timricketts_ I'd be interested to see if any F1s would, over the course of a year, take home less pay than a PA, on the new pay offer

@timricketts_ I think we're taking about both (a) and (b) and they don't contribute to salary linearly, which is why I feel able to accept that basic pay of a PA might be higher than basic pay of an F1. I'd take grievance if the overall pay of a PA was higher though

@timricketts_ I guess re. pay the only thing I actually care about is how much goes in my bank each month and whether it's : a) sufficient to sustain myself comfortably b) appropriately compensating my time It makes no difference to me how the various hours I work make up the overall pay

@cjjackson93 @wesstreeting The NHS would consider giving puberty-blockers to anyone experiencing precocious puberty, regardless of whether they are cis or trans. The discrepancy here is not about gender, but about medical indication.
