The statistics are way off.
P1 pass rate is about 20-30%
P2 pass rate is about 40% of those.
Out of 100 accounts 10 accounts get funded on average. This varies from 5 on the lower end to 12 on higher end depending on firms conditions and targets.
Out of 10 funded almost 3-5

This is true on so many levels.
I see most unsuccessful traders making fun of successful traders when firms scam them. People envy for progress but also wish for your downfall.
Traders on the whole should be more united against the malicious firms.
When you do everything right with these funding services, you'll start to see how they might scam you. However, if you always fail, you'll never understand. You'll keep thinking they’re legit because you’re too focused on making it to your first withdrawal.

All these current eval firms will disappear when the problem of data utilization is solved.
A few solid contenders could switch their model from B book to hybrid but they're too afraid of change and too comfortable with current earnings.

I just checked the FAQ from google cache, before the site changed redirecting to domain. I am quite certain the 3% max risk rule has been in place for over 2 months.

There are 2 ways to approach prop firm model in the retail market.
1. You fund the people who pass evalutions with full capital. If they win you win if they lose you lose.
This does not work because statistically more people lose funding than those who make profit. The odds are

Spend $400 on a $100k challenge.
Make 3%.
End up with about $2500 after the split.
If I put that $400 into a broker.
Made 10%.
I’d end up with $40 profit.
Go with a reliable firm and the choice is obvious.

With Futures props once you hit +5% or so your drawdown stops trailing and your initial balance is your max loss. There is no daily loss.
Payouts are capped so if you win a lot most of it stays in your account. Kane built up the account over months consistently winning every day.
