@HalilMrT4Real 1-Some paperwork prep needed for Ofsted at a charity I volunteer for 2- Lesson prep for the week 3- Cook roast dinner 4- Watch son play football 5- Ironing 6- Relax and read my book if I get time! 7- Wish we had 3 day weekends!

@Strickomaster I also feel that there are people so desperate to climb the leadership ladder that, that is their real motivation. Not their subject, not their young people, not the things that actually count. It’s just how it is. I can’t respect it though, for me it’s the difference you make.

@Strickomaster I think it’s wrong to pass judgment,as teachers we have to be open minded and flexible.We can learn and have a growth mindset regardless how many years you have been teaching.I’ve seen his teaching style work really effectively. I’m too excitable to teach that way,but I value it.

A @KibMeadAcad student from my creative writing club, won the whole competition! I am thrilled to see her work published. It is truly beautiful. It’s framed and up in my classroom.Such an incredible accomplishment. All 6 kibworth entries have been published. Very proud!

@Strickomaster The fact it’s being discussed means that ‘we’ are. I teach, I love teaching. I’m human. If I’m not teaching at the standards, I would want to know- that’s what matters. I sit to take the register. I sit to read, I stand, I circulate. I even skip down the corridor (occasionally)
