@DiplomaticIfe Good Dr. Agreed! #digitaldivide in #africanfisheries more than a technical gap; it seems to be getting wider! Hardware+capacity needed to bridge gap. Opportunity for eastern central Atlantic to shape hybrid approaches (gradually test traditional with new digital methods+tools)?
