@TheRapGod5 I guess you mean animating static voxels, your can create a static mesh from a single frame, then as bone and animate out of voxy.

@theprado_ I was thinking about bring it to all other engine first, unity and godot is in the queue, but later maybe I venture to rust and vulkan, but first I need to finish most of the features I have on my plate!!

@Sr_Jueves3D nice approach, that is actually how I am making pbr material in Voxy, but in your case how do you handle sharp corner highlighted edges, are those beveled faces and mapped into the top portion of the texture?

@jamiesheep for the editor mode, I have been avoiding it for a long time, but eventually I need to add that feature, but since I am gonna make all voxy editor function into the editor mode it will take long time. but you can still use clone(stamp) tool inside editor, seeds, noted!

@m_iraji It’s a compute shader slab checking the ray-box intersection of voxels! There is no tree structure in voxy, everything is happening in compute shaders, I’m adding a few functionalities in CPU access as well, probably will add binary search later

@m_iraji We have the color index in g channel of the 3d texture, 256 IDs that you can query, e.g. you can have second index as red and consider it lava, raycast is returning the color index so you know where you are stepping into!
